I manage not to jump in the air, although even I have to admit it's pretty close. "Aggie, oh, kid, you've got no idea how good it is to hear your voice. Are you okay? Are you safe? Where are you? I came through the portal, to check on everyone."

"I'm safe. I'm living in High Gate now, with Krem. He takes good care of me but I've missed you. Can I see you? Please? Please?"

"Funny I was just about to beg the same thing." I'm grinning ear-to-ear and almost crying at the same time. God, I missed her. "And who's this Krem person? Did I meet them before I left? I should meet them at some point, lay down some ground rules."
